We take great care when packaging items to ensure that they will arrive safely. Should an item be damaged in transit or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us at email@example.com or (867) 668-3157 within 48 hours. Where possible, we will ship a replacement product to you at no cost; otherwise, we will promptly refund your payment including shipping charges.
If you are not satisfied with a product, please let us know within 7 days of when you received it. If the product is returned to us in its original condition, we will be glad to exchange it or offer you store credit for the amount you paid less all shipping charges. We are not able to do cash refunds; however, credits have no expiry date.
