This paring knife is a typical ‘Classic’ combination of a forged knife blade and a handle on black POM, which is an extremely durable plastic. The handle can stand any kitchen environment. The steel runs seamlessly into the handle and is attached to it by three rivets.

The forged blade is made out of chromium-vanadium-steel (X50CrMoV15) and is razor-sharp delivered from the factory. Each knife is with sharpened with laser technique for ultimate sharpness. After thorough inspection every knife leaves the production line, ready for a long life of intensive use. Both hobby chefs and professional chefs work a lot with these kitchen knives. They include the NSF hygiene quality mark.
