Coarse Sea Salt is a coarse screened, white crystalline sodium chloride, manufactured in California by solar evaporation of seawater. It is refined by washing with cleaned saturated brine to remove surface impurities, drained of excess moisture, dried, and screened to size. This product is obtained from the North Pacific area and contains no anticaking, no free-flowing additives or conditioners.
