Ideal when  making, banana, chocolate or coconut cream pie, lemon meringue, key lime  pie and more!  Easy to clean.  Packaged in a convenient storage case!  Blind Baking Instructions:  Wash before use.  Line uncooked pie crust with parchment paper or aluminum foil and fill  with pie weights. Partially bake as directed in your recipe. Remove  liner and pie weights when cool. Finish making and baking your pie as  directed in your recipe.
